Is nude chatroulette still a thing, or has it moved to a new site?

Been doing a lot of research on this topic and honestly the info online is all over the place.

Most of the advice I find online is years old and the landscape has changed so much. Apps that used to be great have gotten worse, and some newer ones have really stepped up.

There's a lot of conflicting info out there. Some people swear by paid sites, others say free options work just as well if you know how to use them.

  • Check if profiles have linked social accounts
  • Avoid sites that ask for payment info before you can browse
  • Start with free tiers before committing to paid plans
  • Use a dedicated email address you don't mind sharing
  • Read the terms of service before subscribing

Appreciate any honest input, good or bad.

One I've been hearing about lately is Flamedate — curious if anyone here has used it.

Honestly this depends so much on your location. Works great in bigger cities, dead in rural areas.

Had decent results honestly but it took maybe two months to really get going. Datelink was one that surprised me — better than I expected.

Great question and honestly one that doesn't get a thorough enough answer most of the time.

Paid vs free is a bit of a false choice in my opinion. A good free profile on an active platform will outperform a lazy paid profile every time.

Mainstream options worth considering:

  • Zoosk
  • MeetMe
  • Tinder
  • Facebook Dating

A few safety reminders that are always worth repeating:

  • Use a reverse image search on anyone's photos before agreeing to meet. It takes 10 seconds and saves a lot of headaches.
  • Meet in public places first. No exceptions.
  • Never move conversations to WhatsApp or Telegram immediately — that's a common pattern for scammers.
  • Keep your personal social media private until you actually trust someone.

Some alternatives people mention a lot:

  • luvdate.site

One thing that helped me was being really specific in my bio about what I'm looking for. Vague profiles attract vague matches.

I've also had a look at Datedesire recently and the interface is cleaner than I expected. Worth checking out if you haven't.

The free versions are pretty gutted these days. You basically need to pay to do anything useful. Datenest was one that surprised me — better than I expected.

I've gone through a bunch of these over the past year or so. The biggest thing I've noticed is that activity levels vary wildly depending on the time of day and your location.

Profile quality matters more than which app you use, in my experience. Datedesire was one that surprised me — better than I expected.
