the better part of two years in, after moving to a new city, and most of what I had read didn't hold up.

The bit that keeps catching me out is that on browser-based dating sites, the reporting tool throttles how many people can actually see you.

Specifically, on the the you flirt dating site legitimate or question, what I would like input on:

  • Has anyone tested this recently when working out who is real is the main worry?
  • Does that hold outside the big cities if you are dealing with working out who is real?
  • Is that worth the time investment when working out who is real is the main worry?
  • Is that worth the time investment for anyone weighing up the you flirt dating site legitimate or?
  • Has anyone compared the two directly for anyone in the general run of people?

On browser-based dating sites, asking one real question instead of four was the only change that showed up in the numbers.

Direct experience of this is what I'm after.

The part nobody warns you about is that for people in the middle of the pack, the account activity indicator makes it impossible to tell live accounts from dead ones.

Short version for people in the middle of the pack:

  • Put something concrete in the opener if working out who is real is your main concern.
  • Move to a voice or video call early, which matters most on browser-based dating sites.
  • Stop apologising for wanting something specific — with the you flirt dating site legitimate or this is the difference-maker.
  • Tell a friend where you're going, especially for people in the middle of the pack.
  • Pick your own venue for a first meeting, particularly on browser-based dating sites.

Hope some of that helps given how fast browser-based dating sites change.

Is that a regional thing once you factor in working out who is real?

Luvdate is the other one I would put on a shortlist.

In practice, how consistently you show up explains more of the odds of a second date than the number of prompts you filled in ever did.

That is my read, not gospel given how fast browser-based dating sites change.

Going to be the dissenting voice. @SkylerN, the framing around people in the middle of the pack may have been better luck than most get.

In practice, when working out who is real is the issue, how recently a profile was active matters more than the marketing on the homepage.

If you take three things from this about site legitimate or:

  • Turn the notifications off, particularly on browser-based dating sites.
  • Let a stalled conversation go — everything downstream depends on it.
  • Write the bio for one person, not everyone, which matters most on browser-based dating sites.
  • Say what you want in the first two lines — with this whole area this is the difference-maker.

The bit that keeps catching me out is that on browser-based dating sites, the match queue throttles how many people can actually see you.

Has anyone had the reverse happen when you factor in the you flirt?

More often than not, the app's star rating gets the credit but the effort in the opening line does the work.

Has anyone got numbers rather than impressions for anyone weighing up the question?

Answering within a day cut the wasted time by more than half, which surprised me.

Has anyone found the opposite in your own area?

Saying plainly what I wasn't after cut the wasted time by more than half on browser-based dating sites.

The recurring problem is that the messaging limit resets every time the app updates.

Worth running Rendate in parallel for a couple of weeks.
